These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Business Discounts (“we”, “us”, “our”) including businessdiscounts.in and Business Discounts (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Businesses must provide accurate registration and profile information.

2. Nature of the Platform

Business Discounts helps users discover deals and offers published by participating businesses. We are a technology intermediary listing information supplied by businesses unless stated otherwise. Specific goods, services, prices, and fulfilment are offered by the respective business; we are not the seller unless explicitly stated on a given transaction page.

3. Deals, pricing & availability

Deals may change or end without notice. Prices and terms shown on a deal page at checkout or redemption time prevail. Businesses are responsible for honouring their published offers subject to any stated conditions.

4. Payments (Razorpay)

Where the Platform collects payments, they are processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment partners. Your use of payments is also subject to our Payment terms and Razorpay’s user terms. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, scrape it in violation of our rules, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

Platform branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Business users retain rights to their own content but grant us a licence to host and display it on the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we limit liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. Material changes may be communicated via the Platform or email where appropriate.
