Business Discounts primarily connects you with local businesses for in-store redemption, appointments, or digital fulfilment. Delivery terms depend on each deal and business.
1. In-store / in-person services
For salon, dining, fitness, and similar offers, fulfilment is at the business’s premises during stated hours. Bring any voucher or code required by the deal terms.
2. Physical goods
If a business sells shippable products through a deal, timelines, courier, COD/prepaid, and risk of loss pass as described on the deal page or invoice. Contact the business or our support for delays or damage claims.
3. Digital delivery
Codes, e-vouchers, or access links may be delivered by email or on-screen after successful payment. Check spam folders; resend requests go through support@businessdiscounts.in where we operate the delivery channel.
4. No delivery / service areas
Some offers are valid only in listed cities or pin codes. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility before purchase.
